Mission

To diligently provide services to Caribbean Children who are victims of neglect, physical abuse, exploitation, and delinquency.

Objectives

1. To ensure the safety and welfare of victimized children on the Caribbean Island of Jamaica.

2. To facilitate the placement of these children in the sanctuary of permanent homes

3. To maintain a professional work staff and core of international volunteers

Vision

	To provide a holistic approach to child care working socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually with each child
	To become a foster-care agency
	To establish chapters of C.C.F ( Caribbean Children's Fund) throughout the USA and Canada
	To reproduce our model in other regions of Jamaica, and throughout the Caribbean
