The Caribbean Children's Fund is a division of Obadiah Institute, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, incorporated in the State of Illinois ,  its'  mission is now focused on serving needy children in Jamaica.

The Caribbean Children's Fund is  a charitable organization also incorporated in Jamaica.

The Board of Directors consists of dedicated Christians from various denominations and churches. All members of the Board serves as volunteers.
